REF : ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING NOTICE DELIVERY BY AR REGISTERED POST REQUEST
With reference to our notice dated 22nd August 2022
(https://teega.com.my/2022/08/22/ref-general-meeting-notice-delivery-by-ar-registered-post-request/), please be informed that subsequent Annual General Meeting Notices will be disseminated electronically via email, the community portal (Selfcare), and our website (http://teega.com.my).
In line with Motion #6, we kindly urge parcel owners to submit a written request (by completing the letter in Appendix 1) before 24th November 2025 if you wish to continue receiving the Annual General Meeting Notices package via AR registered post, as required under the Strata Management Act 2013.
If we do not receive your written request via email before 24th November 2025, please note that we shall proceed to deliver the Annual General Meeting Notices package electronically only, in line with our cost-saving and environmentally friendly initiatives.
