REF: CLARIFICATION ON STATUS OF STRATA TITLE FOR TEEGA DEVELOPMENT.
Further to the notice dated 31st October 2025(https://teega.com.my/2025/10/31/ref-update-on-strata-title-issuance-follow-up-with-uem-sunrise-berhad-uems/)please be informed that the process for the issuance of Strata Titles is now ready, as stated in the letter received from the Developer.
Kindly refer to the attached Appendix 1 for further information provided by the Developer.
“Dear Mr Bill Chang and Encik Razif,
Greetings from Sunrise Berhad.
With reference to the email below, we wish to update that the notifications for the Strata Titles have been issued in batches, beginning 07 November 2025, to the respective Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA) solicitors to proceed with the Perfection of Transfer (POT).
Please be informed that all instruction notices to the solicitors have been copied to the respective proprietors. The appointed solicitors will subsequently contact each proprietor directly to manage all matters related to the settlement and completion of the POT process. Proprietors may liaise with their respective SPA solicitors for any further enquiries or clarification.
For your reference, please find attached the official letter on the Strata Title progress updates.
