REF: INFORMATION ON SECOND OPINION OF LEGAL FIRM FOR PERFECTION OF TRANSFER (POT).
With reference to the above, please be informed that our Chairman has received numerous enquiries from owners and proprietors regarding the availability of an alternative legal firm to undertake the Perfection of Transfer (POT) for Teega units.
Kindly note that, as a second option, owners may consider engaging Yong & Rajah to act on their behalf for POT matters.
