Dear Valued Parcel Owners,
REF : NOTICE OF HALF-MONTH REBATE ON MAINTENANCE CHARGES (PHASE 1)
Referring to the 8th Annual General Meeting (AGM), Ordinary Resolution No. 2 (refer to Appendix 1) was unanimously adopted, whereby the maintenance charges rate was maintained at RM3.30 per share unit and the Joint Management Committee (JMC) was granted the mandate to provide a rebate package based on the financial surplus recorded.
Pursuant to the said resolution and in view of the current positive financial position of the development, the JMC has approved a rebate equivalent to half (0.5) month of maintenance chargesonly to eligible parcel owners for Phase 1, subject to the following conditions:
Maintenance Charges Rebate Details
1) The rebate is applicable only to parcel owners with no outstanding maintenance charges as at 31 March 2026.
2) The rebate will be credited into the respective eligibleparcel maintenance account in April 2026.
3) This rebate is granted in accordance with the AGM resolution and following adjustments to operational cost commitments, including quit rent obligations, which will no longer be borne by the Management effective starting 2026 with the introduction of parcel rents.
Please note that the JMC will continue to monitor the financial health of the development closely.
A further review will be conducted after three (3) months to assess the feasibility of providing additional rebates (next phase), subject to the financial performance and sustainability of the Management Fund.
