Dear Valued Residents,

REF : UNIDENTIFIED TRANSACTION LISTING UPDATE

With reference to the above, we would like to inform you that the total amount of unidentified transactions since March 2017 has accumulated to RM128,231 as of 18th March 2026. This amount includes transactions from both the JMB CIMB account (8603339277) and the Developer Maybank account.(Note :Developer Maybank account was closed in April 2019.)

Transactions made without indicating the unit number or without email communication to Management (teega.account@teega.com.my) may be classified under the unidentified transactions listing.

We kindly remind all parcel owners to notify us if you have made any payments to the Joint Management Body (JMB) CIMB account (8603339277) via bank transfer, cash deposit machine, or cheque, without including your unit number or other necessary details for reconciliation.

For your convenience, we strongly encourage all parcel owners to utilize the Selfcare platform via the iPay88 payment gateway, which allows for automatic reconciliation. Please note that all transaction charges will be fully absorbed by the JMB, and no additional fees will be imposed on owners using this method.

Alternatively, for those who prefer payment via cheque, online banking, or cash deposit machine, please ensure that proof of payment is emailed to teega.account@teega.com.my or uploaded to the Selfcare platform. Kindly note that manual reconciliation may take approximately 1 to 2 working days before an official receipt is issued.
