REF : UNIFI & MAXIS SERVICE CURRENTLY DOWN

Refer to the matter above, please be informed that both the Unifi & Maxis Service are currently down.

However, this issue is not related to buiding but incoming services from Unifi & Maxis. We have escalated to TM & Maxis and the services are expected to recover by today.


Do email teega.general@teega.com.my or walk-in to the office for enquiry.

  1. Hello- the internet has not been restored to my apartment.
    I know you say this is a Unifi problem, however, the internet went out when lightning struck yesterday.
    Could we please get an update?
