Dear STR Operators & Agents,
REF : Short Term Rental Activities in Teega (updated)
During the Recovery Movement
Control Order (RMCO) period, the Management require all STR operators &
agents to cooperate in combating the Covid-19 and to adhere to the regulations
& laws.
Management is still waiting for KPKT’s direction for mixed strata development scheme
as only landed strata & commercial strata scheme are allowed for STR
activities up-to-date.
Re-opening of STR activities in Teega is under consideration and update will be issued as soon as possible.
