REF: WORK ORDER REQUEST FOR INTERNAL UNIT MINOR REPAIR WORK (IN-HOUSE) FORM 12 IMPLEMENTATION
Please be informed that the Management shall implement the Work Order Request For Internal Unit Minor Repair/Servicing Form starting on 1st September 2020.
Work Order Request is a minor repair job/task assigned to our technicians/handyman to rectify minor issues of internal unit of parcel owner/residents. Kindly refer to the scope of work stated in the Form 12 and the charges is RM 20.00 per hour with a minimum of RM40.00 per work.
(Please refer to the Appendix I)
Owners MUST complete the form by downloading Form 12 through:

- Walk-in to Teega Management Office
- Request Form by Email to teega.general@teega.com.my
Kindly submit the completed Form 12 to the Management Office or email to teega.general@teega.com.my.
