Dear Valued Parcel Owners,
REF : REGISTRATION FOR EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING (EGM) VIRTUAL VIEWING
Please be informed that the Management are currently exploring the option to live-stream the 1st Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) which shall be held on 24th October 2020 (Saturday) at 10.00 am.
However, due to potential internet bandwidth to support the streaming, the participation shall be limited to 100 pax. Kindly register your interest at teega.general@teega.com.my as it shall be based on first come first serve basis.
For those successfully registered, they would be notified by the registered email and the instructions to join the videoconference would be sent 2 days in advance.
Testing of video conference would be done before the actual day to ensure you’ll have a smooth experience on the actual day.
Kindly setup your system to join the video conference and refer to the instructions provided.
Virtual participation is limited to watching & listening the EGM proceeding ONLY.
