REF : LATE PAYMENT INTEREST WAIVER (ONE-TIME) BEFORE 01-11-2020

Refer to the notice dated 21st September 2020, please be informed that Late Payment Interest Waiver (One-Time) of not exceeding RM200.00 shall end on 1st November 2020.

In accordance with the 3rd Annual General Meeting’s Ordinary Resolution #2, “To obtain mandate for LPI waiver with a cap of RM200 per unit for parcel owners who have paid up all outstanding as at 31st October 2020 (one time)”, we would like to remind all parcel owners who are in arrears, to grab this opportunity before 1st November 2020.
