REF :  Ipay88 gateway payment issue on ANDROID platform app

Please be informed that we have received several complaints pertaining to the error when making payment via Selfcare app on Android platform mobile.

Issue statement
“After completing the credit card / bank card information in the Ipay88 gateway, issue occurred (app crashed and exit) when clicking OK to the next stage for the SMS(OTP) pin verification.”

Currently, we are working closely with IMT Tech and Ipay88 in order to rectify the occurred issue. We shall inform all Android users once the issue is resolved.

Hence, kindly use the Selfcare web portal to utilize the Ipay88 gateway payment (as a temporary workaround) while waiting for the issue to be rectified.
