Dear Valued Residents,
REF : NATIONAL RECOVERY PLAN (PPN) – PHASE 3 UPDATE
In view of the update by National Security Council(MKN), Ministry of Housing and Local Government(KPKT) & Ministry of Sports (KBS) SOP, the Management shall continue to execute the following measures ; (starting 8th October 2021)
(1) Management Office is open to Walk-Inand no appointment is required.
(2) Visitors are now allowed with the approval by the Management. Hence, it is mandatory for resident to REGISTER for any visitor (via Form 7) and contractors/cleaners (via Form 5) to management office before the arrival. Only personnel who have the Mysejahtera status of “Low Risk” or “Casual Contact Low Risk” is allowed into the premise.
(3) Mandatory for all visitors & contractors to complete the health declaration form & Mysejahtera QR code scanning upon entering the premise. Visitors & contractors with body temperature reading exceeding 37.5°C shall be barred from entering the premise. Mandatory for residents to complete the health declaration form if body temperature reading exceeding 37.5°C.
(4) All residents / visitors / contractors MUST ADHERE to the COVID-19 prevention SOP ;
(a) To maintain social distancing at least 1 meter ;
(b) To wear proper face mask ;
(c) To utilize the hand sanitizer provided at designated locations;
(d) Visitors & contractors are mandatory to scan for body temperature and Mysejahtera QR code when entering the premise.
(5) All service providers shall operate as normal but mandatory to perform daily body temperature checking and to wear proper face mask at all time.
(6) Renovation works are allowed.
Application (via Form 5 or Form 5A) must be completed and approved by Management prior to any renovation works. All contractors must provide MITI or relevant authority approval letter and covid-19 self-test result before entering to the premise.

(7) Moving-in/out activities are allowed.
Applicant for moving-in/out shall require movement clearance letter approved by Police (PDRM).

(8) Facilities such as the following shall continue to open ; Gymnasium, Badminton Court, Tennis Court & Pools.
(i) Open to all residents who have completed the full vaccination (14 days after the 2nd dose or 21 days after the single dose type vaccine) and Mysejahtera status of “Low Risk” or “Casual Contact Low Risk”.
(ii) As for residents who yet to complete the vaccination, their MySejahtera status must be “Low Risk” or “Casual Contact Low Risk” in order to use outdoor non-contact sports facilities (pool & tennis court), and must adhere to dynamic distancing when using the facility.
(iii) Allowed facilities shall open from 6.00am to 10.00pm as per KBS’s SOP.
Facilities such as the following shall remain closed ; Jacuzzi, Sauna, Games Room & Children Room.

(9) Outdoor individual activities(non-contact) such as jogging and exercise at ED level are allowed until 12.00am but to adhere the following ;
(i) No social gathering is allowed at common areas. (Function rooms to remain closed)
(ii) Social distancing (minimum of 1 meter) is MANDATORY at common areas.
(10) Essential supplies & food delivery services are allowed. Collection is strictly at Level G Lobby areas except for resident who is under house quarantined (registered with Management office).
(11) To continue hourly disinfection works on common areas such as in lift, lift call buttons, all relevant door handles and etc.
(12) No cash transaction allowed. To use Ipay88 payment via Selfcare portal for Maintenance Charges, Sinking Fund and misc. payments to Badan Pengurusan Bersama Menara Teega.
