REF : Short Term Rental (STR) for Residence Tower A, B & Cabana(Residence)
Refer to the matter above, please be informed that the Motion#5 was carried in the 5th Annual General Meeting.
Motion #5 (Refer to Appendix 1)
Subject : Special Resolution – Short Term Stay (STR)
Teega Suites – STR of any duration permitted as per current by-law.
Residence to be permitted only when STR is 3 or 6 months or more AND no change of tenants for duration of stay (i.e. no subletting/change allowed by the tenant or landlord or agents).
As confirmed and deliberated in the JMC Meeting No.2 (5th term), enforcement shall start from 1st November 2022.
- All Form 2 for Residence with STR booking duration less than 3 months shall not be processed/approved by the Management starting 1st November 2022.
- Pre-STR booking (less than 3 months) for Residence before 1st November 2022 for booking date after 5th January 2023, the Form 2 shall not be processed/approved by Management.
- All Form 2 for Suites with STR booking duration less than 6 months shall processed/approved as per normal. (Status Quo)
Pursuant to Teega Additional By-Laws, Section 11.3(c), a fine of RM200.00 shall be imposed to Parcel Owner/STR Operator if operate STR activities without consent of Management.
