REF : Short Term Rental (STR) for Residence Tower A, B & Cabana (Residence) UPDATE
We refer to the notice dated 21st October 2022 and please be informed that the Joint Management Committee (JMC) has decided to put on hold the enforcement of Motion #5 until the JMC can discuss and decide on the next course of action at the next JMC meeting in view of some concerns raised by several owners.
Meanwhile, Form 2 for STR of 3 months of less (for Residence) shall continue to be processed after 31st October 2022.
