Dear Valued Residents,
REF: NEW WATER TARIFF STARTING 1ST FEBRUARY 2024.
Refer to the above matter, please be informed that Johor’s water operator, Ranhill SAJ will implement new water tariff adjustments for domestic categories from 1st February 2024, as decided by the government recently.

As concluded in the JMC Meeting No.4, a resolution was carried unanimously for the following ;
For the month of Feb’24 water billing, the minimum water charges shall be increased from RM7.00 to RM11.00 with the same minimum volume usage cubic meter of 4m3.
As for the rate of domestic bulk meter usage, it shall be changed from RM1.60 to RM2.55 per cubic meter starting 1st February 2024.
The rate of RM2.55 per cubic meter shall be apply after the minimum volume usage. For more info, please refer to https://teega.com.my/faq
Please be informed, that the Feb’24 water billing shall be reflected in April’24 billing cycle for monthly maintenance charges and sinking fund.
