REF : AWARENESS ON ASSESSMENT TAX / PROPERTY TAX PAYMENT TO MBIP
We would like to REMIND all residents that the Assessment Tax (CukaiTaksiran) is payable to Majlis Bandaraya Iskandar Puteri (MBIP) as stipulated under the Local Government Act 1976 (Act 171).
It is the responsibility of each property owner to ensure that the Assessment Tax is paid promptly to avoid any late payment penalties or legal actions that may be imposed by MBIP.
Below are the enforcement actions that have been taken by MBIP against property owners with outstanding Assessment Tax.

Payments can be made through several channels as listed in Appendix 1.
If you have any enquiries regarding your property tax bill or any outstanding amounts, you may contact Majlis Bandaraya Iskandar Puteri (MBIP) directly or register your account at their online portal via the link https://mycukai.mbip.gov.my/index.php
Your cooperation in settling the property tax on time will contribute towards the maintenance and continuous improvement of public infrastructure and facilities under MBIP’s administration.
