Dear Valued Parcel Owners,
REF : ADVANCE PAYMENT INCENTIVE CLARIFICATION
With reference to the above matter, please be informed that the Management will continue offering the advance payment incentive for parcel owners who make advance payments for both Maintenance Charges and the Sinking Fund.
In accordance with Ordinary Resolution #6 passed during the 8th Annual General Meeting, all parcel owners making advance payments for Maintenance Charges and the Sinking Fund will receive the following incentives (via Credit Note):
i) 6 months advance payment: 3.0% incentive
ii) 12 months advance payment: 6.0% incentive
The incentive will be credited to your account via a Credit Note (CN) once the required payment amount is made. Payments can be made via internet banking, the Selfcare portal, or in person using cash/cheque at the front desk.
