Dear Valued Residents,

REF : PARCEL RENT IMPLEMENTATION EFFECTIVE 2026

Referring to the notice dated 20th January 2025 (https://teega.com.my/2025/01/20/ref-parcel-rent-and-quit-rent-status-for-teega-development/). 

We would like to inform all parcel owners that effective from the year 2026, quit rent (Cukai Tanah) will no longer be applicable for Teega Development. This is following the issuance of the strata titles, whereby the land status has officially transitioned from a master title to individual strata parcels. Accordingly, all parcel owners are now required to pay parcel rent in accordance with the requirements set by the Pejabat Tanah dan Galian (PTG).

Following this transition, parcel rent invoices issued by the Pejabat Tanah dan Galian (PTG) will be distributed to the Management Office. Upon receipt of the invoices, the Management Office will email a scanned copy of the parcel rent invoice to each owner and will arrange for the respective parcel rent invoices to be placed into each unit’s mailbox. Parcel owners are therefore advised to check their mailbox and ensure timely payment in accordance with the due date stated in the invoice.

Parcel rent payments can be made via the following methods:

• Online payment via JohorPay: https://johorpay.johor.gov.my/

• Payment at the Land Office payment counter
