Dear Valued Parcel Owners,
REF : NOTICE OF HALF-MONTH REBATE ON MAINTENANCE CHARGES (PHASE 2)
Further to the previous notice on the half-month rebate on maintenance charges for Phase 1(https://teega.com.my/2026/02/23/ref-notice-of-half-month-rebate-on-maintenance-charges-phase-1/), the Joint Management Committee (JMC) has conducted a review on the financial performance and sustainability of the Management Fund.
Following the review and in view of the current financial position of the development, the JMC has approved a rebate equivalent to half (0.5) month of maintenance charges only for eligible parcel owners for Phase 2, subject to the following conditions:
Maintenance Charges Rebate Details;
1) The rebate is applicable only to parcel owners with no outstanding maintenance charges as of
31st July 2026.
2) The rebate will be credited into the respective eligible parcel maintenance account in August 2026.
3) This rebate is granted in accordance with the AGM resolution and following adjustments to operational cost commitments, including quit rent obligations, which will no longer be borne by the Management effective starting 2026 with the introduction of parcel rents.
Parcel owners are kindly reminded to ensure that the maintenance charges are up to date by 31st July 2026 to fulfil the eligibility requirement for the approved half (0.5) month maintenance charges rebate.
