Dear Valued Residents,
REF: IMPLEMENTATION OF APPOINTMENT FUNCTION IN SELFCARE APP FOR CONTRACTOR & VISITOR REGISTRATION
Please be informed that Teega Management will be implementing the Appointment function in the SelfCare Application for Contractor and Visitor Registration effective 1st August 2026. Upon registration, a QR Code will be generated for the registered contractor or visitor.
The SelfCare Application is introduced to provide a faster, more convenient and smoother registration process. All Owners and Tenants are therefore encouraged to use the SelfCare Application for registration.
The existing registration form will remain valid and may still be used by residents who are unable to utilise the SelfCare Application. Owners and Tenants who have not yet registered for a SelfCare account are kindly requested to email the following details to teega.general@teega.com.my:
- Full Name
- Unit Number
- Email Address
- Contact Number
For Tenants, kindly provide a copy of the signed Tenancy Agreement together with the above details for verification purposes.

Please be informed that Contractor registration must comply with the following operating hours:
Monday – Friday : 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Saturday : 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Sunday & Public Holidays : No work allowed
*Subject to approval
*Contractors requiring work more than (3) days need to obtain approval from the Management.
