Dear Valued Residents,
REF: FILTER MEDIA REPLACEMENT WORKS AT LG LEVEL
With reference to the above, please be informed that the Management will be carrying out filter media replacement works at the LG Levelto ensure that the water treatment system continues to operate efficiently and maintain a reliable water supply.
Details of the works are as follows:
Date : 24th August 2026 (Monday) to 28th August 2026 (Friday)
Location : LG Level
Areas Affected : Tower A, Tower B, Suites, Office & Retail
During the works, residents may experience slight changes in water colour from time to time. However, please be assured that the water quality will continue to be closely monitored and maintainedthroughout the works.
There may also be a slight reduction in water pressure at certain times. The Management will closely monitor the situation and take the necessary measures to minimize any impact on the water supply.
