REF : ENFORCEMENT OF STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURE (SOP)

Please be informed that the Management have received a complaint letter (dated 5th October 2020) from Commissioner of Building (COB) regarding the STR guests for not complying to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) of Recovery Movement Control Order in Teega Common Areas.

The constant violations are causing unrest and complaints from owners and long term tenants residing in Teega  on  their safety due to the recent spike of  Covid-19 cases.

Hence, the Management shall step up the enforcement of the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) by issuing FINES (RM100) to any STR guest(s) caught for not adhering to  our Standard Operating Procedures.

  • Wearing of face masks is mandatory for guests & contractors  at common areas.
  • Scanning of QR code (Mysejahtera) is mandatory when entering the building.
  • Body temperature exceeding 37.5°C shall be barred from entering the building.
  • To adhere to the Pool facility SOP (refer to Appendix 1)
