Dear Valued Residents,

REF : IMPORTANT SAFETY NOTICE – BALCONY SAFETY MEASURES FOR CHILDREN

Refer to the above, We wish to bring to your attention an important matter concerning safety within our residential community.

It has come to our knowledge that a recent tragic incident involving a child falling from a balcony has resulted in loss of life. We extend our deepest condolences to the affected family. This unfortunate event serves as a solemn reminder of the importance of proactive safety measures, particularly for households with young children.

In view of this, we would like to remind all residents, especially parents and guardians, not to leave children playing in balcony areas without proper supervision. In addition, we would like to strongly encourage residents to consider installing invisible safety grills at balconies, especially for units with children. Invisible grills are designed to enhance safety while maintaining ventilation, aesthetics, and the overall appearance of the building facade.

Please be assured that this notice is issued purely as a preventive and safety measure, with the intention of protecting lives and preventing similar incidents in the future. Residents may refer to Appendix 1 for reference on the invisible safety grills.
