Dear Valued Residents,
REF: NEW WATER METER RATE STARTING 1ST SEPTEMBER 2026.
With reference to the above matter, please be informed that Johor’s water operator, Ranhill SAJ, has implemented a new water tariff adjustment effective 1 August 2025, as determined by the Government.
Kindly refer to the announcement for more information;
However, Teega Management did not increase the water meter rate following the implementation of the new tariff. After monitoring the water expenses and consumption, the Management has decided to implement the revised water rate effective 1st September 2026.
As resolved unanimously during JMC Meeting No. 9, the following shall apply:
- Minimum Water Charge
The minimum water charge shall remain at RM11.00, with the same minimum usage of 4 m³.
- Domestic Bulk Meter Rate
The domestic bulk meter rate shall be revised from RM2.55 to RM2.75 per m³, effective 1st September 2026.
- Application of Revised Rate
The rate of RM2.75 per m³ shall apply to water consumption exceeding the minimum usage of 4 m³.

Please be informed that the September 2026 water charges will be reflected in the November 2026 billing cycle, together with the monthly maintenance charges and sinking fund.
